What type of baby sling or baby carrier is the AngelPack LX? TOP

The AngelPack LX is a Soft Structured Baby Carrier (SSC). What this means is that while the baby carrier is made of soft, light weight materials, there is some structure to it.  Our unique design allows for better support without the extra bulk and weight of a framed baby backpack.


The padded waist and straps help distribute the child's weight across your hips and shoulders.  Our ergonomic baby carrier design makes carrying your child easier and more comfortable than other baby carriers on the market.

Do I need to be a knot tying expert to use this soft baby carrier ? TOP

No you don't have to tie any knots at all.  Our baby carrier employs easy to clip and adjust buckles.  The AngelPack soft baby carrier is not a mei tai asian baby carrier.  Our soft structured baby carrier was born from this ages old tradition but it has evolved into something more suited to today's busy lifestyle.  There is almost no learning curve.  You just put it on and go!

Does the AngelPack come in different sizes? TOP
The AngelPack LX is a one size fits most soft baby carrier.  The shoulder straps adjust from around 17" to fit a very petite person to about 52" long.  The waist can be adjusted from around 27" to about 57".

Your catalog shows “SOLD OUT” on the print I want. How can I get it? TOP

Many of our retailers carry exclusive AngelPack prints. To purchase one of our exclusive or sold out baby carriers you must visit our RETAILERS page and order through one of them.

What is your return policy? TOP

If you made your purchase through this website and are not completely satisfied with your AngelPack baby carrier, you may return it for a refund of your purchase price minus the shipping cost. The baby carrier must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date and in new, unused and unwashed condition. It also must included the hangtag still attached, the wearing instructions, and a copy of the receipt or packing slip.

We will not give a refund on any carrier that has been washed, worn, dirty, smelly, or in a used condition. Any refund for the return of a new baby carrier will be deposited into the paypal account or credit card that was used for the purchase the baby carrier.
 
Please contact us for a return authorization number before mailing your item.

What if I purchased my AngelPack from a different website? TOP

Most of our vendors have reasonable return policies.  Please contact the site you purchased your baby carrier from if you wish to return it.

What if my AngelPack baby carrier needs repaired? TOP
All baby carriers are inspected for defects and damages before packing, but every once in a while something will slip our attention. If you receive a baby carrier that has a manufacturer's defect, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date for repairs or an exchange. Manufactured defects include and are limited to loose or unstitched stitches. Please contact us before shipping your carrier to let us know about the problem.

Where's my package? TOP

Our products are shipped depending on availability and only after receiving credit card payments or a cleared check.   The item descriptions typically estimate a delivery time.

Our products are shipped out using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and their Priority Mail™ service with Signature Confirmation™.

International Shipping TOP

We ship our packages using the USPS and their Global Priority Mail (GPM)®.

Once the packaged product is in the possession of the USPS, we are no longer responsible for its delivery and the product.

If you have any doubts in receiving your product due to local tampering with your mail and package, we strongly recommend having it delivered to a safer location or your local Post Office for pick-up. Since we will have proof of shipping the package and/or a signature delivery, we can not take responsibility for or refund/replace any products due to lost, stolen, or missing package (carrier/s).
