This applies only to customers of AngelPack.com. If you purchased your product from this website, AngelPack.com, and if you are not completely satisfied with your AngelPack baby carrier, you may return it for a refund of your purchase price minus the shipping cost. The baby carrier must be returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date and in new, unused and unwashed condition. It also must include the packaging, hangtag still attached, the instructions, and a copy of the receipt or packing slip. We will not give a refund on any carrier that has been washed, worn, dirty, smelly, or in a used condition. Any refund for the return will be deposited into the PayPal account or credit card that was used for the purchase.

You will have to contact the retailer you purchased the product to find out their return policy.

This baby carrier is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Only products sold by Chi-Chi Mio Designs and authorized retailers are covered under this warranty. The exclusive remedy for this warranty is that Chi-Chi Mio Designs will, at its option, provide repair or replacement components for this product. Chi-Chi Mio reserves the right to discontinue or change fabrics, parts, models or products, or to make substitutions. To make a claim under this warranty, contact Chi-Chi Mio Designs. Please complete the enclosed registration form or online form. This warranty does not include damages that arise from negligence, misuse or use not in accordance with the product instructions. The use of non-Chi-Chi Mio covers, inserts, toys, or accessories is not approved by Chi-Chi Mio Designs. Their use could cause this carrier to fail. Their use automatically voids the Chi-Chi Mio Designs warranty.

Shipping is FREE for online retail orders in the Unites States. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and sometimes Unites States Parcel Service (USPS). Our products are shipped out depending on availability and only after receiving payments or a cleared check. For website retail orders, items are shipped out within five (5) business days from the date ordered. A tracking number will be emailed out so you can follow your package.

We recommend that when washing the AngelPack baby carrier, that you clip the buckles together to avoid tangling. Wash with delicate cycle, cold water and we recommend using a baby unscented clear detergent. NO BLEACH. Line Dry only. Do not place carrier in the dryer as it could damage the carrier and or break the buckles. Examine the carrier after washing.
